inQlusion inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation based in Forsyth County, North Carolina. Our organization is a grassroots, community powered nonprofit that depends on the support of everyday people like you. Our interest lies with uplifting low-to-moderate-income community members with a specific focus on community members who are most impacted by structural oppression such as our trans community members and LGBTQIA+ people of color. It is our honor to serve this community and we look forward to working for you.
OUR MISSION: The mission of inQlusion inc. is to uplift and support local low-to-moderate income LGBTQIA+ community members through inclusive programming that cultivates the success and empowerment of LGBTQIA+ people.

Meet the Board

Sean D. Roach (he/him/his)
Founder & Board Chair
Sean founded inQlusion inc. with a passion for empowering the LGBTQIA+ community. He has been involved with the local LGBTQIA+ community since 2006 as a drag performer, volunteer, and advocate. Sean’s primary vision is to build a powerful LGBTQIA+ presence in Forsyth County and beyond. He is currently a graduate student at UNCG, a husband, and dad to four cats and a dog.

Tonya Byerly Ward (she/her)
Vice Chair
Tonya is a longtime ally of the LGBTQIA+ community, mom to a wonderful trans kiddo, and - as far as she’s concerned - labels are for clothing sizes, and they’re usually wrong anyway. Be who you are and shine bright!

Brandon is a Forsyth County native that has been out as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community since an early age. Having been involved in the drag circuit, Brandon appreciates the diversity and uniqueness of this community. He is excited to serve on the board of an organization intended to make an impact in our local queer community. He also wants everyone to know the name of the organization was totally his idea!
